Delivery Times
UK - allow 4-5 days from despatch of books
Europe - allow 6-10 days from despatch of books
Rest of World (Standard) - allow 21-180 days for despatch of books depending on destination (Please note: 180 days is the maximum time taken for orders to remote regions, or to some small island states. For most of Africa, Asia and America the maximum time is 56 days. Most despatches take no more than 28 days).
Rest of World (Priority) - allow 12-21 days from despatch of books
If your books do not arrive we will send replacement copies if we can. Unfortunately we cannot at present undertake to replace books lost in the post sent to the following countries: Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Burundi, Colombia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Georgia, Haiti, Iraq, Liberia, Montenegro, Papua New Guinea, Republic of Chechnia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Serbia, Somalia, Sri Lanka

Postage and Packing
UK - add 15%, minimum charge £1, maximum charge £12.50
Europe - add 20%, minimum charge £1
Rest of World (Standard) - add 25%, minimum charge £1, add 20% for orders over £100
Rest of World (Priority) - add 40%
Special Services - Please ask us to quote for courier service, airfreight for bulk shipments or other special requirements
